He makes sure we know which endorsements are new each year so we can best plan for our needs. We recently had our air conditioning replaced after a mechanical breakdown. Thanks to Medhat's explanation of new products, we had opted to add an endorsement that would cover those types of mechanical replacements under certain circumstances. Originally the claim was denied and we were quite frustrated by the handling of the situation by claims representatives.
